Our Mission:
Measuring teamwork!
We believe that great teamwork is no coincidence. It can be analyzed, nurtured and improved. Only when we understand how a team really functions, we can unlock its full potential.Our goal is to help teams to reflect on their teamwork, identify their strengths, and initiate sustainable development – for more team spirit, trust, and better communication.
We are an interdisciplinary research team that has one thing in common: a passion for how people work together well in teams. In this project, psychology, computer science, communication science and organizational research merge to make the hidden dynamics in teams visible. In doing so, we have built a diagnostic tool based on transparent science, validated methods and practical applicability.
