Our Mission:
Making teamwork measurable to take teams to the next level!
We believe that great teamwork is no coincidence. It can be analyzed, nurtured—and improved. Because only those who understand how a team really functions can unlock its full potential. Our goal is to help teams to reflect on their teamwork, identify their strengths, and initiate sustainable development – for more team spirit, trust, and better communication.
We’re not a traditional company, nor a startup with a trendy lounge—we’re an interdisciplinary research team united by one thing: a passion for understanding how people truly collaborate in teams. In this project, we bring together psychology, computer science, and organizational research to uncover the hidden dynamics of teamwork. We haven’t built a black box—we’ve developed a diagnostic tool based on transparent science, validated methods, and practical applicability.
