Due to the global pandemic, a lot of employees have experienced flexibility in regards to theirs working hours a workplace. Research* shows that two thirds of employees want to keep at least to some extent the autonomy and to be able to adapt their working place and hours. A recent metaanalytic study shows that flexible work arrangements are associated with better physical health, fewer somatic symptoms and reduced absenteeism.**

For teams, this poses a special challenge, especially if each member can individually change when and where they work.
