TEAM MEMBERS
Start the
teamorama assessment

How to start teamorama:

Klick on “start teamorama ” and provide the following information:

  • your team’s name
  • the size of your team
  • your e-mail address

You will then receive a link for teamorama by e-mail. This may take a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder.

2.
Complete the
teamorama with your team
MANAGER

As soon as you have completed the assessment for managers, you will automatically receive a second e-mail with the link for your team. Please send this second link to your team members. This will start the team assessment.

TEAM MEMBERS

You will receive an e-mail from your manager with a link to teamorama.

As soon as you have received the link, you can complete the assessment anonymously, which will take approximately 15 minutes.

Your individual answers will not be shown to your manager or the other team members. All answers are summarized at team level.

3.
Get the team feedback and recommendations
MANAGER

After you and all members of your team have completed teamorama*, you will receive an e-mail with a link to your and your team’s feedback:

Your teamorama insights (in German and English) will include:

  • The description and interpretation of your team’s summarized answers for an overview of your team’s status quo.
  • A comparison with other teams.
  • Specific, easy-to-understand and easy-to-implement recommendations – inspirations for improving your teamwork based on evidence-based studies.
  • Einen zusätzlichen Bericht speziell für Führungskräfte mit Vergleichswerten zum Team und anderen Führungskräften
  • An additional report specifically for managers, which includes a comparison to your own team and other managers
TEAM MEMBERS

After you and all members of your team have completed teamorama*, your manager will send you the feedback for your team.

Your teamorama insights (in German and English) will include:

  • The description and interpretation of your team’s summarized answers for an overview of your team’s status quo.
  • A comparison with other teams.
  • Specific, easy-to-understand and easy-to-implement recommendations – inspirations for improving your teamwork based on evidence-based studies.

*or after 4 weeks if at least 75% of your team (at least 3 members) have participated to ensure their anonymity.

*or after 4 weeks if at least 75%  of your team has participated (must be at least 3 members) to ensure their anonymity.
