HOW IT WORKS

Go to “start teamorama assessment” and fill out details about your team:

• Name
• Size
• E-Mail Address

You will then receive an e-mail with a link to your (team leads) assessment.

Complete the assessment yourself
(takes approximately 7 minutes).

Once you have completed it, you will receive a second email with your team’s link.
Please send the link to your team members.

You will receive an email from your team leader with a link to teamorama assessment.

You can now anonymously complete the assessment (takes approximately 15 minutes).

Your individual answers will be never revealed, neither to your team lead, nor to other team members. All answers will be clustered into a team level.

Once all team members have completed the teamorama assessment*, you will receive an e-mail with a link to your and your teams feedback:

Team feedback includes:

• The description and interpretation of your team’s collective answers, which will give you a general overview of the current state of your team
• Comparison to other teams
• Specific and actionable recommendations for your team, that are based on current scientific research yet easy to understand and follow

Your (team leads) feedback additionally includes:

• Summary of your personal individual answers as well as comparison to other team leaders

All are accessible through both the webpage and a downloadable PDF.

Once all team members have completed the teamorama assessment*, your team lead will share with you your team’s feedback.

Team feedback includes:

• The description and interpretation of your team’s collective answers, which will give you a general overview of the current state of your team
• Comparison to other teams
• Specific and actionable recommendations for your team, that are based on current scientific research yet easy to understand and follow

*or after 4 weeks if at least 75%  of your team has participated (must be at least 3 members) to ensure their anonymity.
